About the Event

Join Michele Buster, co-owner of importer Forever Cheese, on this journey through the seductive world of Mediterranean ham. She will be joined by Cesare Casella, a renowned chef turned maker of American heritage prosciutto, and Andrea Adami, prosciutto expert, who will get into the differences between Italy's classic hams, Parma and San Daniele. 

You will also have a chance to sample what many consider to be the best ham in the world, Jamón de Bellota 100% Ibérico. It is a rare opportunity to sample so many exquisite hams side by side while learning what makes them so iconic and special.

She will walk us through these similar but different cured meats.  This is a very informative and fun session.  Everything you need to know about putting your Charcuterie board together.
