CCP Workshop - Tampa FL

I have scheduled a Certified Cheese Professional Exam Workshop in Tampa, Florida on Tuesday, June 9th, Wednesday, June 10th & Thursday, June 11th.


I have been teaching this 2 ½ day workshop since 2013 and found that this workshop helps focus your efforts in the areas of study that you need to work on. It covers all 11 of the ACS Body of Knowledge domains using their web links and task areas to review and study the material. Review of the exam day and exam taking prep included with the workshop. A focus on reading and understanding the questions on the exam along with practice writing sample questions with the web links and task areas.

This is your workbook for the class and helps track your progress in the Task areas along with the ACS Web Links. This covers the all the ACS Study material that is on the ACS website for your references.
