You will be helping out a farmer and their family, a cheese maker and their family, the distributor and sales teams’ families and you get a great piece of cheese to enjoy with your family. It's okay to pick an Italian Parmigiano Reggiano, Swiss Gruyere, English Cheddar, French Roquefort or just something you would like to try.
