Tonda is a wine & cheese enthusiast at heart; her passion for food goes beyond the kitchen, to the farms, & involves all the delicious components of the celebration of life, that you would desire around the dinner table. In 2013, she opened La Femme Du Fromage, a cheese shop located at the East End Market in Audubon Park, Orlando, FL. On National Cheddar Day, February 13, 2019, to celebrate its 110th birthday and share a passion for cheddar with cheese-lovers nationwide, giving cheddar a day to shine on its own. Michael and a team of experts from across the Specialty Cheese industry are coming together to celebrate Maker’s Reserve – some of Tillamook’s finest cheddars. We have invited some of the industry’s top cheesemonger talent to craft a cheeseboard with pairings and will be giving each of them a different vintage of Maker’s Reserve Cheddar as their inspiration.
