Join Kerry Henning with Henning’s Wisconsin Cheese for a chat about their cheesemaking history since 1914, their farms, creamery and of course taste some of their cheeses. Kerry will discuss 4 of their cheeses, 2 of them their new flavored. His newest called “Maple Bourbon Cheddar”, is made with small batch, 7-year-old Bourbon and a hint of Maple flavor. His other is called “Mango Fire” where you experience the sweetness of mango and the heat of Habaneros. This is one of his favorite flavored cheese because it’s great for snacking an even more fun to bake with. We will also taste their aged cheddar and their longhorn Colby.

13 oz. Aged Cheddar (Cured Over 9 Months)
6-8 oz. Traditional Colby Longhorn
