As this certified Cicerone, award-winning brewer and, among other qualifications, a judge at not only the American Cheese Awards, but the International, Global and World Cheese Awards, introduces you to four ways to include your favorite cheeses into your favorite dishes, you'll pick up tips on how to pair them with craft beers and ales. You'll sit back and relax as our Cooking School Staff shows you, step-by-step, how to make:
Waldorf Salad with Vermont Creamery Plain Goat Cheese paired with Sutterfest Ale
Chicken & Sage Meatballs with Graft Village 2-Year Cheddar & Beemster Classic Broccoli Bake paired with Two Hearted Ale
Baked Brie with Shaved Proscuitto, Fig & Honey Jam paired with Hazy Imperial Ale.
1. This is a 45 minute class in which we will show you how to make 4 dishes which you will sample with the paired beer.
2. You have three options:
1. Register for both classes
2. Register for Artisan Cheeses Paired with Craft Beers (a 30-minute tasting, 6:30 - 7 pm)
3. Register for Cheese + Beer = Dinner (a 45-minute class with samples, 7:15 - 8 pm)
